Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The rooms are spectacular with breathtaking views and the staff is incredibly welcoming. However, the rooms were a bit dark and could use more lighting, especially in the bathroom.
The hotel rooms are large and well laid out, which was very nice, but they were directly beneath the terrace bar, making it very loud in the afternoons and nights both inside and outside the dining room. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some issues with honesty in billing. The location is just terrific with a cozy relaxation area in the SPA offering amazing views of the famous cathedral, but there were some noise disturbances from bells and fireworks. The dining experience was wonderful with a buffet of quality fruits and delicacies, but there was inconsistency in billing. The facilities are lush and well-maintained, offering a luxurious experience.
Staying in the Parroquia suite with an amazing view was a mixed experience. While the room itself was a bit dark and could use more lighting, the direct view beneath the terrace bar offered a spectacular sight of rooftops and church steeples, reminiscent of the view from the hotel's Luna tapas bar.
Staying in the Colonial Suite was an absolute delight with the spectacular views of rooftops and church steeples from the Luna tapas bar. The staff was amazing, but the noise from the terrace bar below could get a bit loud in the afternoons and nights.
The hotel rooms were spectacular with separate jetted tubs, showers, and enclosed toilets. The views were gorgeous, and the staff was welcoming and gracious. The location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the well-maintained grounds. However, the dining experience, though just fine, could be elevated. The facilities were impeccable with pools, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants, and a fabulous rooftop bar.
